Why coding?

Challenge, discovery, frustration, creativity, satisfaction, new horizons. They all have their place in coding. A solid foundation and a desire to be constantly moving forward in this fast paced environment can open so many doors in basically any area of one's interest: science and art, big corporations and tiny local home-run businesses, space research and exploration of our own planet and, of course, just our tech hungry society that demands new tech advances almost every day. I can hardly come up with a field that is not computer-dependent now. For some purposes it is enough just to have a computer and be able to perform a limited amount of routine exercises and it could be quite satisfying for a lot of people in their everyday activity. But going beyond those few routine exercises and exploring what is out there can provide us a great set of tools. It is so exciting and it is so amazing.
